"My 3 year year old daughter has been attending Steps since she was 14 months old. She goes 4 days a week and has thrived in the caring environment. She loves the staff there and has formed great relationships with the different adults in each room, meaning that the transitions have been smooth. My daughter surprises me every week with what she has learnt at nursery, the curriculum has supported her progress throughout. There was also fantastic support with potty training and staff helped me to persist when I thought about giving up! I remember the first two weeks of nursery being really tough for both me and my daughter as we both settled in. Cat (the manager), was always on the end of the phone or an email to reassure me.
